Do You Offer Gluten-Free or Dietary Cakes?

At this time, we don’t offer gluten-free or sugar-free desserts as we haven't found recipes that meet our quality standards.

Do You Offer Cake Tastings?

Yes! We offer cake tastings with three flavor options for weddings or large events. Contact us to schedule yours.

Can I Customize the Flavor or Filling?

Absolutely! You can customize both based on your cake's size. Let us know your preferences, and we’ll create something just for you.

Can I Make Changes After Placing My Order?

Changes can be made up to four weeks before your cake is due. After that, no changes can be accommodated.

Do You Deliver?

Yes, within 25 miles of zip code 10452, with a minimum order of $150. Delivery fees vary by location.

Do You Ship Cakes?

Unfortunately, we do not offer cake shipping.

How Can I Place an Order?

How Soon Will I Hear Back?

We’ll respond within 24 hours of receiving your request.

How Early Should I Place My Order?

We recommend placing orders 4-6 weeks in advance. However, we try to accommodate when our schedule permits.

Booking Process

After discussing your cake design, a 50% non-refundable deposit secures your date. The full balance must be paid two weeks before your event. Both the deposit and balance are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Is a Deposit Required?

Yes, a non-refundable 50% deposit is needed to book, with the balance due two weeks prior to your event.

Why is the Deposit Non-Refundable?

Your deposit reserves your spot, and we may have to turn away other customers. That’s why deposits are non-refundable.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept all credit cards and cash. For security reasons, we do not process phone payments, but we can send an online invoice for you to pay.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable. If cancellation occurs less than one week before your event, the full balance is still required. If your order is not picked up or delivery is denied, you’re responsible for the full amount. Cancellations must be made in writing.
