How Much Do Your Cakes Cost?
Custom cake pricing starts at $170 for a basic 6″ cake serving 10–12 people. Most custom cake orders fall between $250–$450 depending on size, design detail, and flavor selections. Higher-detail designs are priced accordingly.
Do You Offer Gluten-Free or Dietary Cakes?
At this time, we don’t offer gluten-free or sugar-free desserts as we haven't found recipes that meet our quality standards.
Do You Offer Cake Tastings?
Yes! We offer cake tastings with three flavor options for weddings or large events. Contact us to schedule yours.
What Sizes & Servings Do You Offer?
We offer cakes from 6″ serving ~10–12 up to large multi-tier celebration cakes to serve more guests. Final pricing depends on size and design.
Do You Have Packages or Design Levels?
Yes! We offer three main cake design levels: Basic, Signature (most popular), and Luxury/Statement. Each level includes different design details and flavor options — contact us for a custom quote.
Can I Make Changes After Placing My Order?
Changes can be made up to four weeks before your cake is due. After that, no changes can be accommodated.
Do You Deliver?
Delivery pricing depends on distance and cake complexity. Delivery fees are separate from cake pricing.
Do You Ship Cakes?
Unfortunately, we do not offer cake shipping.

How Soon Will I Hear Back?
We’ll respond within 24 hours of receiving your request.
How Early Should I Place My Order?
We recommend booking custom cakes at least 4–6 weeks in advance. For weddings and most holiday weekends, we recommend 8–12 weeks minimum.
Payment & Deposit Policy
After discussing your cake design, a non-refundable 50% retainer is required to secure your date. Final payment is due 2 weeks before pickup/delivery.
Is a Deposit Required?
Yes, a non-refundable 50% deposit is needed to book, with the balance due two weeks prior to your event.
Why is the Deposit Non-Refundable?
Your deposit reserves your spot, and we may have to turn away other customers. That’s why deposits are non-refundable.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept all credit cards and cash. For security reasons, we do not process phone payments, but we can send an online invoice for you to pay.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. If cancellation occurs less than one week before your event, the full balance is still required. If your order is not picked up or delivery is denied, you’re responsible for the full amount. Cancellations must be made in writing.
